Fabspace’s history started in 2003 when Juanita du Plessis started an interior design & decor company trading as Interior Solutions. Interior Solutions focussed more on Residential projects as Juanita’s expertise were focussed more towards residential clients’ needs.

Juanita had a passion for property development, and started Masterpiece Properties in 2003 where uniquely architectural designed properties were the focus of Masterpiece Properties. The company focussed on Estate living and interior services formed part of the final product, which delivered a “masterpiece” within each project.

Our Mission:

Fabspace offers a turnkey service including design, fitting and project management ensuring excellence as a final product! A team with strong ethics reflecting exceptional quality in workmanship and finalising each project by planning effectively and executing on time efficiently.

Equity & Skills Development:

Our team consist of passionate individuals who understand the importance of professionalism as well as quality workmanship. The end-product satisfaction which is enjoyed by clients, are part of the motivation for excellence in our service and product delivery.

The team work very close together ensuring clear communication in the execution of each phase of a project. Each member of the team plays a vital role in ensuring that Fabspace is successful and that each individuals’
goals and dreams are met within the company.

Fabspace encourage each team member to be equipped and trained in order to promote their abilities and reaching their own goals and dreams.

Fabspace work with outside teams consisting of Black Owners and Previously Disadvantaged Individuals in order to work towards equity and equality both within and outside of the company, whether contractors or suppliers.

Fabspace has a partnership agreement with Huram Construction, who is registered with the NHBRC when Building works form part of a project.
